Ben and the team at ABC are the beat! We were in need of a new washer & dryer. Ben listened to our needs and once we narrowed things down, he searched to find what was available. Even when an issue arose with our scheduled delivery, they added us to the list for the next available day. The guys installing were quick, neat and efficient. ABC is amazing and we will certainly return again. Shop Small! .

Worked with Rich Super to get a new induction stove. He was able to get the exact model I wanted since I’m an avid home cook at a better price than any of the big chains. The delivery team showed up exactly when they said they would and smoothly took out the old range - bye natural gas - and brought in our beautiful new induction stove. Great experience and attention to detail.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with ABC. It *almost* makes me wish we had more appliances to buy. We bought four kitchen appliances from them. Had started the purchases elsewhere and it all got way too complicated and we couldn't get what we wanted after 6 weeks. Then we heard about ABC. Literally one phone call and we we had what we needed. From ordering to delivery everyone we dealt with was professional and responsive and easy to work with. Good communication at every step. We had issues with one piece in our order (not ABC's fault). They were incredibly responsive and helpful getting things resolved. It took time but we had no issue with that. Really, this is how it's supposed to be. Highly recommend.

Nice place got a stove went back cause needed a dish washer. The only thing I wish the installed the dish washer they do not they recommend someone. Still waiting for a call

When I decided to replace my 31-year-old refrigerator I checked out a number of local appliance stores. After noting their excellent reviews and BBB rating, I went to ABC Discount Appliance and immediately knew that I was in the right place. Great selection of appliances and good pricing, but more importantly the customer service is exemplary. Andrew made the purchasing experience seamless and both he and Ben provided me with valuable information regarding other appliances that I am considering replacing. The delivery process was also top notch - communication was excellent, delivery was on time, and the two gentlemen who delivered and installed the refrigerator were wonderful - professional, respectful of property, and well informed. I highly recommend ABC and look forward to purchasing other appliances feom them in the future.

My refrigerator died and I needed a new one. I researched a bunch of stores and went to ABC because they are family owned. Right away the staff was helpful and kind. Ben was so knowledgeable and helpful and overall friendly. The prices are wonderful and they had exactly what I needed. I was able to leave the store with a refrigerator and they placed it in my truck for me. They have a customer for life. Do not give your money to the big corporations. Shop local and shop ABC Discount Appliances.

I’ll be short and too the point. We received an exceptional deal at ABC Appliances on a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I shopped it before and after purchase and no one was close on the price. Bill Benton was our salesman. The guy knows his products and his follow-up was outstanding. Delivery was as promised. We noticed a few dings on the stainless steel panels of the dishwasher and refrigerator and ABC replaced them with no questions or haste. Really an all around great experience and I give them an unqualified A+.

In a world of big box companies, ABC Appliance gives you the personal customer service experience you deserve! I have personally used them for multiple appliances and Rich, the owner is AWESOME! He makes sure everything goes smoothly with your purchase, delivery, installation and any necessary follow-up! I just bought and had delivered a new washer and dryer from ABC Discount Appliance. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Most significant and impactful was that I got the most amazing salesperson--Bill Benton, IV--who is everything in a salesperson that I want and need. He is knowledgeable, patient, and was extremely attentive to detail and my needs which was critical (my washer and dryer are on my third floor and in a tight space so dimensions limited my options and needed careful consideration). Bill was willing to handle all the discussion over the phone (I very much appreciated that he saved me the trip and I felt he gave me as much attention as if I had been a customer in the store). He was prompt to return phone calls and e-mails in the ongoing discussion. Will and Michael did the site visit and installation. They were very nice and professional and neat and answered my questions and clearly knew what they were doing. Things moved along very quickly because of Bill's timely communications, the trust that I developed for him early on and because of how quickly he was able to set up the site visit and installation. Within one week of my old washer dying, I had a new washer and dryer installed and have run my first load. What seemed overwhelming to me--replacing a broken washing machine with only a tiny space to deal with--was made easy and stress-free because of the ABC employees. I am grateful and highly recommend them.
